Being able to deliver something that at the end of the day we can look back on and say, "We built that!" We built that alongside so many incredible people, trade partners, and design partners while fulfilling the needs of our clients. The whole idea is to build something bigger than ourselves with so many great people. One of our core values, "having a servant mindset" really hits the nail on the head. Having a servant mindset doesn't mean we are weak, but stronger together. Because when you have the mindset that "it's not about me, it's about the person beside me" you understand that you didn't build anything by yourself.  You built something great alongside so many amazing people that worked TOGETHER.
